Four County Health
Network, Inc. (FCHN) is a collaborative venture owned and operated
by Maria Parham Medical Center (Henderson, NC) and Granville Medical
Center (Oxford, NC), with valuable input provided by local physicians
(through an alliance of independent physician practices--Four County
Physicians Association, Inc.). FCHN is organized to promote high value
medical care in the four county area through its various products and
programs which includes the FCHN PPO (Preferred Provider Organization),
the Four County Insurance Agency, the 4 County Community Care (4CCC)
program, and the Healthy Access program. FCHN has been in business
since 1996.
