PPO (A health insurance product)
FCHN offers a comprehensive PPO network that represents the majority of
the providers who practice in our local area (Vance, Granville, Warren
and Durham counties). Specifically, FCHN’s PPO network includes Maria
Parham Medical Center, Granville Medical Center, Duke University
Hospital and over 1000 local and regional physicians (See Provider
Directory). There are numerous ancillary facilities/services that are
also part of the FCHN PPO network including home health care, inpatient
and outpatient rehabilitation, radiation oncology, and a sleep lab. In
addition, there are mobile services available for MRI, Lithotripsy, and
Cardiac Catheterization.
The FCHN PPO product can provide the following services for self-insured
employers (100+ employees) in our community…..
- A PPO network that includes over 1000 local and regional physicians,
Maria Parham Medical Center, Granville Medical Center, and Duke
University Hospital
- Local medical claims re-pricing (and the ability to work with any third
party administrator (TPA) to facilitate claims administration and
payment)
- Local customer service staff
- Local assistance in designing a cost effective benefit plan which
provides true value
FCHN currently provides its PPO product to the following local
