Healthy Access (Charitable Care) Program
FCHN has offered the Healthy Access (HA)
program to local uninsured residents since 2001. HA seeks to provide
qualified individuals with access to physician, hospital, and
medication/pharmaceutical services that they might not otherwise be able
to obtain on their own. For more information including an application
